Andean Pilgrimage

Living in the Heart of the Matter - Pilgrimage to the Source of the Holy Mountain Tradition

Andean spiritual masters recognize that true wisdom is not a manifestation of the mind. It is instead, found in the intelligence of the heart and the sanctity of daily living. Life itself is an art and those who devote themselves to its mastery are its artists, the ones who read the signs, symbols and synchronicities to navigate their unknown, understanding obstacle as ally and stillness as motion.

At least once per year, those who follow the spiritual path make a sacred pilgrimage to the holy mountains to offer prayer bundles to the mountain spirits, purify themselves in glacial lagoons and harmonize with Nature to liberate burdens. At the outset of the journey, one can be rife with heavy energies, but once cleansed and re-tuned, s/he remembers that there is actually no load at all and that everything necessary is already within. It is in this manner that the artist returns from the sacred pilgrimage renewed, knowing that s/he came into this world unfinished in order to manifest experience for the sole purpose of One’s completion.

This autumn we embark on a journey of self-discovery to shed that which no longer serves, harvest the fruits of our labors and reweave our animistic consciousness. This intensive 9-day pilgrimage is an opportunity to work under the tutelage of Altomisayoqs (celestial shaman) from both the northern and southern Andes. During our time together we will engage in the ancient rituals and practices of a tradition known for its quantum healing and cosmic vision, offering participants spiritual comprehension beyond the entrapments of personal trauma and drama; human suffering.

This journey is an invitation to awaken what is already yours, that which needs exposure to the Ceremonies of the Mysteries to be enkindled and brought forth from its dormant state. It is a universally translatable experience designed to help individuals reconnect with their true nature, reestablish purpose, increase well-being, and ultimately, evolve spiritual consciousness.
